SEL DEVELO, Inc. (“SEL DEVELO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to ensuring that our websites and the Growth Lab™ platform are accessible and usable by all individuals, including those with disabilities. SEL DEVELO aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the industry standard for digital accessibility. Our commitment includes:

designing interfaces that are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust
improving accessibility as we update our websites and Services
incorporating accessibility into our product development lifecycle

To support accessibility, SEL DEVELO:

3. Current and Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As Growth Lab™ expands, updates may include:

improved support for screen readers
enhanced keyboard-only navigation
increased captioning and transcripts for multimedia
clearer focus indicators
continued reduction of cognitive load in lesson design
optional accessibility modes for students with diverse needs

We welcome feedback from educators, families, and districts to guide future enhancements.

4. Limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure full accessibility, some areas of our platform or website may not yet fully comply with WCAG 2.1 AA. These may include:

certain dynamic content and animations
personalized avatar customizations
third-party integrations not fully within our control

We are actively working to improve these areas.
