Klaudia Sarat is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SEL DEVELO, Inc., a company redefining how emotional intelligence and human potential are developed in an increasingly digital world.

She founded SEL DEVELO to bridge the gap between emotional growth and modern technology, creating environments where learning feels personal, measurable, and alive. Her flagship platform, Growth Lab™, gamifies emotional intelligence for K–12 learners, helping students strengthen focus, empathy, and motivation through engaging, research-based design.

The Philosophy

With a background in philosophy, business, and the sciences, Klaudia approaches human development as an evolving equation that blends logic, design, and empathy. Her lifelong curiosity about how people think, feel, and grow drives her to study everything from cognitive psychology to quantum physics, tracing the invisible patterns that connect consciousness, behavior, and the broader structure of the universe. She often explores the space between technology and humanity, examining how cognition, self-development, and meaning interact with modern innovation—and how multiple forms of intelligence, emotional, logical, and existential, can be strengthened rather than diminished by it.
